By accessing or using StepDrizzle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of StepDrizzle for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in StepDrizzle
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by StepDrizzle at any time.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access StepDrizzle and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

You agree not to use StepDrizzle to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the application or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the application
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

The application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of StepDrizzle and its licensors. The application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of StepDrizzle.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to StepDrizzle, including habit data, notes, and other information. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Some features of StepDrizzle may require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorize us to charge your designated payment method.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

StepDrizzle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

We do not warrant that the application will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.

In no event shall StepDrizzle, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the application
• Any content obtained from the application
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the application or contact us.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
